SHIPPING POLICY

Custom Orders: After your custom order is complete we will ship using either UPS Ground or FedEx Ground. Items usually arrive within 1-5 days from day of shipping.

All Other Orders: Items are normally shipped within 7 days of order being placed. Orders will be shipped using either USPS, FedEX ground, or UPS ground.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All sales on custom orders are FINAL. If an order arrives damaged it will be handled on a case by case basis. Photos of damage will need to be provided.

All other sales may be returned or exchanged if Item is damaged upon arrival. Buyer will cover return shipping costs.
